I was on 2 days m.c. as my gum swollen so badly... It was horrible!
Firstly i went to polyclinic at pasir ris as Zana told me it's cheaper there. Reached there at 8.30am but the reception told me that this poly has no dentist. So she told me to try Tampines poly instead. When i reached Tampines poly, i told the reception that i'm having a swollen gum & i just need the dentist advice. Guess what she told me...??? "U have to make an appointment first." So i asked if i can make it today & she said,"It's fully booked & the only day u can make it, is on 4th January 2007." Shuts!!! Do i have to wait till 4th Jan just to check bout my swollen gum?! That was so unbelieveable... So i have to bear the pain till 4th Jan! That sucks!!! Really sucks! I have just wasted my time & my transportation money. In the end i made up my mind to go to my family doctor. Waited for 1 1/2 hours cos the doctor has an appointment at the hospital. When he checked my gum, he said," Uh.... that's bad. Well i'm gonna give u this medication plus 2 days m.c. I guess u really need to have a good rest." YAHOO!!! Thats great! Imagine i get 2 days m.c. just bcos of my swollen gum. Hahaha... That's not all, the doc told me if i'm going to pull out my wisdom tooth i will get 2 weeks m.c. How bout that??? *wink* *wink*
Now i'm not sure when should i make an appoinment. Should i make it end of this month or next month instead.... Hmm....
